Coreen has a breadth of experience in organisational behaviour, safety culture, continuous improvement, communication, and leadership development & coaching. With a long history in industrial and technical organisations, Coreen engages with all layers of teams through to leaders. Coreen leverages experiential learning to demonstrate how improving communication builds trust to get the job done.

How Can Coreen Help You?

Coreen spearheaded the development and deployment of a safety culture program for the 3rd largest Caterpillar dealership in the world, and took it to 5 countries. Embedded in the program is a focus on leadership accountability and communication.

The highlighted personal accountability drives the message that looking after yourself is everyone’s business. This focus dramatically reduced Safety & Risk from double figures to single figures over 4 years.

As the only female Technical Account Manager for one of the world’s largest tyre manufacturers, Coreen is highly regarded amongst clients and peers for her rapport building which led to improved business relationships and outcomes. This role morphed into a training role balancing technical and core skill development with new Account Managers.

Coreen has enjoyed working with a range of organisations to help teams and leaders manage priorities and work effectively with clarity of purpose through improving communication.

With a keen interest in wellbeing, physically and mentally, much of her work reflects developing strong foundations based on common values, setting clear expectations, and keeping communication lines open.

Coreen's Recent Projects

Whitehaven GOC SLT Development & Coaching – Working to a program of deliverables agreed to in partnership with the Whitehaven SLT, this project has been instrumental in the growth of individuals and the broader team as they build towards delivering a leadership program to their Superintendents and Supervisors in collaboration with CTY. By investing in building trust and purpose within the senior team, a culture is evolving that is improving safety, production and delivering greater value to the business.
